XLR8 is held on Sunday Mornings during our 9AM Service.

"XLR8" was created for students in Grades 6-12 who desire to develop leadership principles and spiritual disciplines essential to Christian growth.  The course provides a close-knit, small group environment where class members share their joys and challenges, while being mutually encouraged by each other's faith.  The course centers four key areas:

                 1.  Learning scriptual doctrine through personal Bible study and group discussion.

                 2.  Developing Christian disciplines through weekly accountability of prayer and Bible reading.

                 3.  Building leadership skills through group discussion and book studies.

                 4.  Experiencing leadership & ministry firsthand through guided ministry opportunities.

These four elements are essential to accomplishing the overall goal of developing spiritual maturity and principles of leadership.  Because of this, each area is given equal emphasis and time throughout the course, both in the weekly assignments and in class time.
