We realize that when children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back! We value creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus, including games, activities, singing, and live acting.
Our environments and lesson materials are created with your child in mind. We want your children to leave every service with a clear understanding of what the Bible says and how that applies to their life.
Every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number, every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check, and every hallway and classroom is monitored by security cameras and safety personnel.
We believe that children need to be trained to be servants of God. We provide opportunities for kids to be the teacher’s helper in our younger classrooms and serve in a variety of ministry areas in our older classrooms.
The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! We strive to bring its stories to life through activities, skits and lessons that keep children engaged. We want all children to love God’s word and understand the value of applying it to their lives.
Our nursery classes are not merely a babysitting service. Babies may not be able to understand biblical facts, but they perceive some of the basic principles of His Word – such as the goodness and the love of God. Our toddler classes provide a fun and interactive environment for your child to experience the love of God through music and Bible lessons. Through a positive time with caring teachers, we know your child will have a safe, enjoyable and loving experience.
Our preschool classes are designed to provide quality ministry and a creative and safe environment for your child. We use a variety of teaching methods such as skits, visuals, activities and memory games. Our program also includes music, a Bible lesson and a designated time for play and interaction with other kids. We know that your child will find our classes to be an exciting and loving experience.
Our Grace Kids Theatre services are designed to teach the Word of God to boys and girls. We involve them in a regular worship service on a level where they can best enjoy, understand and benefit from the message of the Gospel. These services parallel our adult services in many ways: praise & worship, Bible preaching, offering and altar calls. We also use other methods of teaching, such as drama, storytelling, costume characters and creative object lessons.
Side by Side offers parents who have children with special needs to be in a safe sensory-friendly environment that not only meets their needs, but also allows each child to learn about the love of Jesus at the level they are at.
Not all children with special needs require a sensory room but still need some one-on-one attention. Our Buddy program allows the children to be in our mainstream class with a trained buddy that will be there to help them with their needs and provide them with a sense of comfort.
